Torque Calibration Services

Torque calibration refers to comparing your torque instrument to a calibrated torque tester. This comparison is performed to ensure that the level of torque produced by your torque instrument matches the torque produced by the torque tester.

During torque calibration, the unit under test is compared to the amount of force being indicated by a calibrated torque tester. This is to ensure that users don’t under torque or over torque while using the instrument.

If the amount of torque applied by your torque instrument does not match the amount of torque applied by the torque tester, the torque instrument, will be adjusted to match the torque tester. The amount of torque you set the torque instrument to apply will now be the amount of torque produced by the instrument during use.
